Online purchase

To place an order online you need to have browsed our collection pages and identified items to purchase. When you see something you’d like to purchase, click ‘add to cart’ and then ‘checkout’ to confirm your order. Following successful online payment a confirmation email will be sent to the customer email address provided. Goods will only be dispatched upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

Shop online with security and ease using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 1024 Bit secure technology.

 

PayPal

We accept Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can sign up for one at www.paypal.com.au.

 

Payment Security & Information

Addicted Australia supplies you with a secure session within our online shopping facility. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter into our ‘Checkout’ page. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure. The Addicted Australia  payment system is approved and protected Stripe and PayPal.

 

Credit Card Information

When you click the ‘Order Confirmation’ button, we send the transaction directly to Stripe. The Stripe payment online system automatically encrypts all your details. We do not store credit card details anywhere on the system.

 

Delivery Services

Delivery charges vary according to the destination and the size and weight of the final parcel.  We currently use Australia Post as they can deliver your parcel safely and quickly, at the lowest possible price. In some cases we use a courier service for deliveries.

 

Within Australia

Your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working days. We also offer express service and your parcel should arrive within 1-2 working days. As this is a courier service we recommend you supply us with a work address as somebody needs to be present to sign for the delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it may be returned to us. We also deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

International Standard Service

Standard Air Mail will take approximately 5-8 working days. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges they you may incur.

 

International Express Service

International Express Service takes 3-7 working days. As this a courier service, we recommend you supply us with a work address as somebody needs to be present to sign for the delivery.

 

Pricing and Currency

Transactions are completed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). All prices listed on the Addicted Australia website include GST. If you are placing an order via credit card from outside Australia, your bank will automatically convert the sale into Australian dollars when the transaction is completed. Their conversion is based on the daily exchange rate. Banks and credit providers may add a ‘currency conversion fee’. Contact your bank or credit provider or full details on their policy regarding currency conversion and associated fees.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns

All Addicted Australia products are quality control checked before leaving the factory but in the eventuality of any item being anything less than perfect the item will be replaced. Underwear and swimwear may not be returned except in the case of manufacturers defects. In this case we will replace damaged or irregular items as soon as possible. If the replacement item is not in stock, we will offer you an alternative or place a credit on your account. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated.

Exchanges

If you change your mind we are happy to exchange, providing the product is returned in its original condition and packaging with all labels intact and returned within two weeks of receipt of merchandise.

 

Claims

Errors in orders should be identified to Addicted Australia within 8 working days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 8 working days may not be honoured.

 

 

 

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected by Addicted Australia from its customers will be treated with the strictest confidence and will be used by Addicted Australia employees only to inform customers of forth-coming Addicted Australia products and promotions.
